About Us

MADE IN USA
Our company is American, our fabric is made in the USA, and our product is manufactured right here in Colorado! Production time is normally no more than 3-4 business days.

OUR MERCHANDISE
Our tablecloths are made from Sunbrella® brand fabrics; Sunbrella® is a registered trademark of Glen Raven, Inc. We make the cloths when you order them, and thus they are not returnable. In addition to the standard sizes listed on the site, we can also make a custom-sized tablecloth; contact us for a price quote. Because our tablecloths are not returnable, and because your computer monitor and ours may show colors differently, we strongly recommend that you order a color swatch (or two or three) before ordering.

SECURITY & YOUR TRANSACTION
outdoor living tablecloths is an SSL3 secured site. Your order on-line, therefore, is transmitted in a completely secured environment. If, however, you would rather not transmit your credit card number via the Internet, you may fax us at 303.832.1109 with your order and your credit card number. Payment by check is also an option which you may select when you are checking out; print the order page and mail it to us with your check.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
USA: Your order is shipped by UPS Ground, with a normal shipping time of 3-7 days; we will e-mail you when the package has been shipped and send you the tracking number.
OVERSEAS: We use the US Postal Service, and we will notify you when your package has been mailed. Customs duties, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our shipping rates are flat rates; the fee is the same for up to three tablecloths, and we particularly encourage our overseas clients to think about combining orders with friends to save on shipping.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for pick up and replacement of the damaged product.

SALES TAX
There are three sales tax rates for deliveries in Colorado: 7.72% for Denver residents, 4.1% for Denver Metro RTD area residents, and 2.9% for all other Colorado addresses. There is no sales tax charged for deliveries to other states or countries.

PRIVACY
We may do mailings from time to time to our clients, but we do not rent, sell, or lend our list of customers to other businesses or organizations of any kind.
